Shipping Policy

Upon placing an order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your email.

All orders are processed and shipped from Texas, Monday through Friday, with the exception of public US holidays. Orders "awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our team and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Please allow 1-5 business days for fulfillment in addition to your selected shipping method. 

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is fulfilled. Please note, there can be a delay between your order shipping and you receiving a shipping confirmation email, up to 2 business days. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update. During holidays and busy shipping seasons, tracking numbers can take much longer to update with USPS and is outside of our control.

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We thank you for your support and patience!

Shipping Rates are calculated by USPS Ground Advantage

  • Free shipping for orders over $100

​

Motif Orders:

  • Shipping for Motif-only orders is $8.

  • If a Motif is ordered with a candle, it will be packed together at no additional shipping cost.​

Replacement Policy

In the unfortunate situation where a breakage was to happen with your wood veneer, we will replace your wood veneer with the same design for $6, shipping included.

Serene Lights reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. Serene Lights will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur.

Return/Refund Policy

At Serene Lights, each piece is crafted with care, and we hope you love your purchase. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not typically offer refunds. However, if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.
